From a parent: "Lisa has done a fantastic job working with our middle school son, in particular on his writing skills. Lisa is extremely well-prepared and can seamlessly juggle between her own writing camp lessons and actual school assignments my son is working on. Finally, Lisa is very personable, and can engage and motivate middle school kids, which is no small feat!" -Adam D.

From a student: "Lisa has really supported me as a writer and helped me expand my knowledge. She has taught me many amazing techniques and tips to make my writing stronger and more powerful. She is also super fun to work with and has a great sense of humor." Hunter L."

Craft Your Unique Voice

Does your child have a story to tell?

Help them find their voice and love writing because your child has something powerful to say. Writing isn’t about assignments or worksheets—it’s about imagination, confidence, and connection. Through creative prompts, storytelling games, and supportive guidance, young writers discover that their ideas matter. Led by an experienced educator with over 20 years of teaching and curriculum design, these one on one sessions and small, nurturing camps helps students:

  • Build confidence in their writing

  • Develop their unique voice

  • Collaborate and share in a supportive community

  • Actually enjoy the writing process

Whether your child is a reluctant writer or already filling notebooks with stories, they’ll be inspired—and proud of what they’ve created.

"In my 20+ years as an educator, my passion has always been writing instruction. Now, more than ever, students need writing skills because writing is proof of their critical thinking skills and intellectual capabilities. When kids rely on AI for writing, they skip the very process that builds their own voice and ideas. Writing isn’t just words—it’s thinking: making choices, organizing thoughts, and working through uncertainty. Without that, they lose the chance to develop real creativity and confidence. Regular writing practice is how kids learn to think—and trust their own minds."
